Register now for the Florida Center for Cybersecurity's Third Annual Conference

TAMPA, Fla. (Aug. 5, 2016) -- The Florida Center for Cybersecurity (FC2), a statewide industry resource center, will present a roster of national cybersecurity leaders for its Third Annual Conference at the Tampa Convention Center on Tuesday, Oct. 25.

More than 200,000 cybersecurity jobs are unfilled in the United States, and businesses are facing a wide range of global cyber threats every day. Through the conference, FC2 is taking the lead by bringing together national experts and stakeholders from industry, government, the military and academia to fight cyber threats.

Florida's most comprehensive cybersecurity conference offers opportunities to exchange ideas, network and explore innovative approaches to counter cyber threats. Highlights include:

  • Keynote presentations from Scott Charney, vice president of Microsoft's Trustworthy Computing Group, and Art Coviello Jr., retired as executive chairman of RSA, The Security Division of EMC.
  • Speakers and panel discussions focused on cybersecurity workforce, trends and more. More information to be announced soon.
